disappointed at a few things:-

-Developer: Never expect huge turnout, poor organization, should inform people all the stalls are the same so that the crowd won't stuck all at the first stall next to the popcorn/cotton candy, but i do appreciate emcee keep telling people to be patient to wait for the food. next time they should consider that purchaser might bring along more friends/prospective purchaser so that EW can impress them. (i hope they are reading this?)

-Malaysians: Typical cheapskate ah beng mentality, a lot of people here managed to fork out 700k to 1M to buy a house but mentality still extremely poor like just come out from forest, saw a lot of people take a lot of food, cannot finish (wasted), left it there not throwing into rubbish bin, waste food, bring tupperware tapau....saw people bring one of those large size windmill go back, luckily got staff standing at the entrance there to catch those people, when is malaysian gonna start following rules? doh.gif

conclusion on Malaysian: given first class facility but mentality still third class shakehead.gif

Bro great elaboration ! Absolutely agree with u.
Satay, those ppl just grab whole bunch with 20-30 sticks. So greedy and selfish.
Super poor management.
I went rimbayu westeria launch for existing buyer. Thumbs up for Ijm management. Good organizing. Food not own take. The catering ppl distribute food.
I see ppl take styrofoam box from the durian there then tapao satay, nasi lemak and all the food home.
Walao!!!!!  So shock ppl take the windmill home.
I am actually suspect are all purchaser friends / relatives?
Yup. Really not impress.
I hope EW they read this.

ya, since Malaysians so cheapskate, next time they should make it like those company AGM

must come with wristband, then the catering people will pass one plate of food to you, all the food is in that plate/box

one way in, one way out; refill is another counter/another side, so that people won't waste food

blame gov then rather than people. people buy it in legal way

the option to buy or leave it to the needy is in your hands and with your brain, you are a human and you have your own thinking, dont blame gov for everything.

QUOTE(Longshot @ Oct 14 2015, 12:22 AM)
My side too.
I think 60% not paying the security.
I once ask one of my neighbour, why he don't subscribe for the security. His answer is if thieves come in and steal my valuables, will the security company pay back me my loses?
If anyone in my family is injured, will they pay for the medical bills?
The answer is no. The security is there just as a deterrent.
So why pay them he said.

I reply him, why bother locking your doors? Why buy Yale padlocks. If you house gets broken into, can you claim from Yale?
He kept quiet and walk back to his house.
I never spoke to him after that.

I've also send SMS to all my neighbours to ask them to on their house back yard lights. This will make the entire back lane bright at night and act as a deterrent to thieves to climb in from the back due to poorly lit back alley. This is especially so during festival time as many go back hometown.
Unfortunately there were poor responses, quoting reason like high electrical bills to bulb blown etc.

Malaysian mar...want the best of both worlds,
want security but kiam siap don't wanna pay security fees
expect other people to turn on their back light and shine their house also so that they no need to pay electricity
complain toll naik but still use everyday
complain car mahal but die die still drive vios
complain why other people don't use public transport but themselves don't use as well
complain everything naik harga but still go hipster cafe

oops seems like off topic tongue.gif
