You should be right.
The external design is still the classy type. Different from Ivoris.Looks nice from the presentation slide. Don't know the price nice or not.

QUOTE(KL_ppl @ Jul 18 2015, 11:52 PM) The food station further away from the pop corn stall actually was OK. The queue wasn't too long. Get to try all food except durian. Anyway, the food quality wasn't that good. It is time for EM to improve. I hope they hear us. Yes... I went towards the end there when I saw the first 2 site all full of people. Food quality wise I feel is not too bad... Just take too longer to replenish it. |

QUOTE(treehill @ Jul 18 2015, 11:32 PM) I am not sure how they plan it but to me they will cook the fried koay teow once finished. Food is warm.. Lemang no comment. Mask lemak also bungkus there as well. Definitely the food is not prepared quick enough for the crowd... The food were just too fast being finished grabbed by the crowd before they managed to replenish it. Anyway, not aware that they prepared pizza for the latecomers - good effort. |

Not aware of the SA mention 7:30pm. When all ppl marched towards the show village there they announced food already ready... Decided to eat first before go ahead to see the windmills and take pic. Food arrangement definitely have to improveI don't even have a chance to eat satay....but never mind since launching property got satay....just x syok no even hv a chance to eat single stick of satay. |

QUOTE(nivota @ Jul 18 2015, 09:52 PM) disappointed at a few things:- Haha. Windmill oso take back ah. Haha-Developer: Never expect huge turnout, poor organization, should inform people all the stalls are the same so that the crowd won't stuck all at the first stall next to the popcorn/cotton candy, but i do appreciate emcee keep telling people to be patient to wait for the food. next time they should consider that purchaser might bring along more friends/prospective purchaser so that EW can impress them. (i hope they are reading this?) -Malaysians: Typical cheapskate ah beng mentality, a lot of people here managed to fork out 700k to 1M to buy a house but mentality still extremely poor like just come out from forest, saw a lot of people take a lot of food, cannot finish (wasted), left it there not throwing into rubbish bin, waste food, bring tupperware tapau....saw people bring one of those large size windmill go back, luckily got staff standing at the entrance there to catch those people, when is malaysian gonna start following rules? conclusion on Malaysian: given first class facility but mentality still third class |

Quality? Fast? Not easy to balance or unless few chefs manned a station... If not have all food ready... Food cold doesn't matter This post has been edited by treehill: Jul 19 2015, 12:12 AM |

QUOTE(Jasoncat @ Jul 18 2015, 10:45 PM) Agreed that shouldn't be an excuse as this is not the first time they hold similar event. In fact last time the Lee Hom concert (which had even much larger crowd) they managed it quite well. Last year's lantern festival was good as well. Probably the crowd was smaller. |

QUOTE(Kenleo @ Jul 18 2015, 11:29 PM) Guests are not impressed at all and food distribution out of control. Agreed. One of EW's strength is to make the purchaser feels priviledged. EW should realize that their pool of purchasers/potential clients are getting bigger. How they treat us last year may not be applicable this year. Expections is greater now. But this food problem makes them look just like any other typical developers out there. The moment I received this exclusive invitation card with cordial reception from EW. As purchaser we felt proud and privileged by EW. The first hand viewing of windmill festival and bring back memorable experience . Anyway our family has captured many memorable scenic views like holidaying in Holland. First of it kind in Malaysia. Greet. |

QUOTE(Jasoncat @ Jul 18 2015, 10:38 PM) As most forumers here commented, very poor crowd control for this event Wow. Thats really a lot of pplz. They should have expected the space at the show houses there won't be able to accomodate such a huge crowd. What made it worst is no control of food - should have distributed by the staff and with staff guiding the crowd to line up properly. Haiz! But quite nice the deco & the landscape Well done EcoWorld for organizing such event again. |

QUOTE(nivota @ Jul 18 2015, 10:24 PM) ya, since Malaysians so cheapskate, next time they should make it like those company AGM Agree. must come with wristband, then the catering people will pass one plate of food to you, all the food is in that plate/box one way in, one way out; refill is another counter/another side, so that people won't waste food Only those with invited ( aka wristband ) allowed to enter strictly, or else can feel everybody brought whole kampung of families & friends with empty stomach and became chaos. EW so kind to give 4 each purchaser, tally double for joint purchasers and with more than 2000 buyers alone in EM, how are they going to control? Unless, EW venture into F&B industry to accommodate all their purchasers great taste of free foods upon buying their houses. Lol. On the other way, I only a bought a below RM 600k landed but yet so many events organized for free. I couldnt ask for more free food as I have had enjoyed too much of it previously. I still keen for the great & good delivery of the house we bought. Seems I also had experienced buying from other top developers but how come no such frequent or big events and free makan makan like EW? Not complaining anyway as long as good delivery on time and make profit. |

QUOTE(Kenleo @ Jul 18 2015, 11:00 PM) EW done great job on windmill festival landscape and our family enjoyed the breeze surrounding unfortunately it was over crowded and out of control of food distribution. We only managed to get some lemang and sampal kuih only. Satay out stock and durian long line with hour quite. I suggest further on prepack and refill next round if available till last stock. Then not waste and fair control distribution. As per my friend who went, he complaint a lot of kampung style uncles aunties ambushed in without wristbands n pretend to be buyers. Lol. I not sure if all guests come with waist band and estimated a thousand peoples? We look forward to better arrangements. Greeting for month long windmills festival. |
