I think EW website is useless for owners. There is no update on the site progress for cradleton. Tenderfields is shown as 'coming soon'. They really lack in this area. I hope they are not getting overconfident due to their good sales

I will hold on further purchase of EW until i see completed cradleton especially landscaping. Now everyone is buying based on sps track record, nice showroom and videos..and also friendly SAs. I really hope they deliver..expectations are high

Silver Square potential is long term at least 10years. In short mid term, i will assume this doesn't exist and I will be happy if EW can just deliver the first few residential phase with wow factor

I queued but didn't get food except for kuih. My family then went to kajang for food.
The landscape look good but they managed the food really badly. Yvonne said they didn't expect the crowd but that's no excuse as they are experienced in this area.
They cannot just keep pushing sales and forget the early clients who have supported them.. And don't blame the crowd ie. Clients. If they cannot manage simple food mgmt, i am getting worried about their delivery..

Tried the Ecohill link this morning. Can access now into EM, just need to turn up to roundabout and then turn back down to the link to EM. This link is superb. You dont even feel you are in semenyih. There is no need at all to touch jln semenyih. Ecohill did a good job and EM also benefited. Great.

Cradelton 20x70 started with 586k, Merrydale 20x70 with 688k, likely Mellowood 20x70 788k(?). therefore about 100k increase from each phase for 20x70.
As EW increase price, they will let new buyers feel they are getting extras eg. 20ft vs 15ft backyard, nicer linear garden, bigger BU, cctv etc.
In this way, cradleton early buyers happy with paper gain, new merrydale buyers happy with more features. And EW happy with more sales
