ok actually there is a way for a skinny guy to gain weight
it is totally different way from the ppls that wan to gain muscle.
I last time is a very skinny guy also 174cm only 49kg. feel like when the wind blow i going to fly away.
but now i successful gain weight until 60kg but still need gain somemore until 65kg is the best for my height.
what u need to do is:
1. Do not do too much cardio exercise, example jogging.
2. Go to swimming more often. *Dont feel embrasing go to pool*
swimming can build up the size of the shoulder and ass without looking too much muscle*
3. Drink a glass of full cream milk everyday and if u got go swimming, drink one more extra gal on that day. Drink it after swimming*
Protein supply only help u growth muscles size but u wont gain much weight. Full cream milk better because it still contain fat inside the milk.
4. Try to maintain eat 6 times per day. * Just one bar chocolate also can consider tea time meal*
5. To maintain good looking body, do some pumping, seatup, and the common exercise.
This work for me, and i hope it work for those that want to gain weight
Sorry please forgive my serious lack of knowledge.... But why would someone want to gain weight, fat but not muscle.... Is there a specific purpose to this? Mind to enlighten? Ermm... Or is it better looking to have more fat than muscle? Or is it solely for the purpose of gaining weight but nothing on the outlook?
