Hi guys,

i'm new here and I wish to join the club..... rclxm9.gif

current height = 177cm
current weight = 56 kg

56 / ( 1.77*1.77) = 17.87 sweat.gif

last week->
tuesday - squash
other days - rest

plan for this week->
monday - jogging...
tuesday - squash
wednesday - gym
thursday - rest , as i need to do something..
friday - squash
saturday - jogging
sunday - rest

meals - 3 times a day..
breakfast/branch : 10am - 2eggs + bread
lunch : rice with fish n some beans
dinners : rice with chicken n some vegi...
water : a few glasses of plain water... i avoid cold water...

any advice unsure.gif

hehe yeah, but imho he's using too much calories, how can he grow?
not that i hate cardio exercises, but if you consume enough calories for your activities, that's ok,

mmmmmmm.. too many reply n posting.. lazy to read.

so lets say gain weight..... i m 65kg 180cm, b4 that i use to be 45kg 170cm (form3).

since i started to play squash, i din care about wat food i eat.. jz eat eat eat and eat.. and exercise everyday.. and one of the day i realise my weight is gaining... lol.

oh, and every morning i ate 3 eggs without yolk and 1 with yolk. takin vitamin (nutrilite doubleX) and fruits everyday. jogging.. almost 4 times per week. ^^

ur life sure not healthy enuf tats why underweight. relax~

i have a problem when taking breakfast..always sakit perut...arrggghh...tension!!!

how to solve dat problem?i fear to take breakfast becoz of dat...

i pun lar...whatever i eat during breakfast i will get sakit purut....tapi no choice ler....i makan jer...bila sakit perut tu just go to the toilet sweat.gif

I used to get stomach ache when having breakfast. So the night before I'll be gorging milk (or other slow-releasing things like casein supps and/or 2 cups of veges).

I'd be fine and dandy in the morning when I topup my day with sum breakfast biggrin.gif
