Sometimes it is hard for certain people go gain weight because they cannot take milk products. Like me, I can't drink milk because it will upset my stomach.
So, I must find alternatives that give me protein and calcium like Soya Bean milk |

i gained a few kgs, but its concerntrated on my tummy area only, dammit! T_T.... means like im thin around 55kg but i have a tummy wth....

i also try to gain weight. now my weight is 58kg only. but a normal BMI for me is 65kg-75kg. i drink milk everyday and do some exercise. i also try to eat egg to get more protein but i dint eat egg yolk. but my weight still the same.
can anyone give some advice |
