Why oat is better..? I know that oat can reduce heart disease, cholestrol, etc.. but what the other significance of it when compared to rice per serving..more calories?
(It's not that I support nasi lemak, just want to increase knowledge)

erm, im not that good in explaining using those scientific terms but here goes....as far as i know oats reduces cholestrol level and its high in fiber while those nasi are very starchy with alot of fats, besides it provides energy too, a source of carbo....erm, im not really very sure about the nutrients so dont flame me...try google it....but what i know is, oats are good....with alot of benefits....try google it homey....sorry for the lame explanation sweat.gif sweat.gif

oats is what i call clean carbs, and nasi lemak is what i call rubbish carbs. u can get carbs from everywhere. comparing nasi lemak and oats is like comparing eating sweet potatoes and eating french fries

one is good, one is rubbish. putting rubbish in your body will help u gain weight, very fast, along with a lot of rubbish, example fats.

not going to work,
not matter how much you eat a lot on each meal,
separate them into smaller meals,
and make sure QUALITY calories, not crap
