i mean if u dont have good muscle back up and without correct posture and some one supervising u. u can easily hurt ur self. my uncle is a Consultant Orthopaedic and a trauma surgeon. he have patients who broke their spine during heavy deadlife/squats workout. i'm not saying its bad but it requires some one to supervise u and the correct posture.

You must be a very unhealthy guy in such way that pointing ppl eating high cholesterol, fat as well as salty food. This kind of foods you mentioned above not only have a high chance of getting hypertension but also heart attack if persistently eating. If you are not helping, pls stay away from ppl's threat as well as paying high respect to those giving extra hand and treat starter himself. vmad.gif

You may try Appeton weigh gain (milk powder), it's quite effective in putting on weigh but you have to do exercises everyday in order to keep the muscle firm. I think you can see the effects in two weeks time.

Beware of the eating habit, gaining weigh must be in a healthy way instead of of jus eating oily food, it will cos you gaing fat only. Try to eat protein food.

My Chest also bcome firmer & bigger, maybe due to the milk. I do lift very light dumbells, but nothing spefically for chest musclenot even push up. But, my stomach increased by at least 0.5"...

Anyway, to gain weight. Milk is the best la, for me at least.

But, I have admit, I delibaretly lose weight/diet for quite a long time. Then, after a while, people called me skinny. Then, I try to gain back some weight. Yes,the weight gaining is just eating & eating rice, but the weight gain stopped at 60 kg & it can not move up.

However, after I just drink milk for 2 months, I gain 4 kg (60==> 64 kg)!! I also take multiminerals & God liver Oil, not sure whetner these supplements contribute to weight gain??

Tonnes of Milk = Appenton weight gain.

ps. Lactorese sensitive person should avoid cow milk.

Not all weight gain on the stomach la, my milk is not low fat one.
So, maybe u can try low fat milk.

Since u r very heath concious, I have to just let u know that there is tonnes of articles that claim milk is bad & millions of articles (mostly Milk manufacturing co) that said it is good!!

Decide ur own!!

eating supper is gaining fat... Balance ur three meals everyday by taking protein foods (eg. eggs, meats, veggies....)

Drinking a glass of milk is not considered a supper, is it? I think onli solid food can be taken into account.
