Eat less to lower metabolism?? at least from wat i know, it is true. our body is made to survive. when u eat less, the body will use less energy as wat happens when u are having starvation. U GUYS MIGHT NOTICE too when we eat too much we will feel hot. then energy in the food is used in a higher rate-higher meta rate

(ur weight in kg) / ((ur height in Meter)^2) like that also dunno?? i assume that you are 51kg then ur BMI will be 51 / (1.69^2) = 17.85 it is less than 18.5 it mean that you are underweight...this thread may help you... Also, i would think having a higher metabolic rate would be an advantage whether you're looking to cut or bulk, no?

this thread didnt hv any contribution anymore?? i hv eat so much, but also like that PS: yesterday watch "Guess Guess Guess" in 8tv, see many girl that very thin. They thin like that, but can eat many!!! so, now i should eat less?? last time when i having fever and lose my appetite...after recover, i notice that i become thinner...
