honestly, if u read the link posted by nezzy, then ur question has been answered perfectly.
most likely u have higher metabolism than others, so u need to commit more effort to gain weight.

2) Do some weights or some sort of resistance training like swimming, uphill runs/jogs or maybe even rock climbing.

I can so identify with all the crap i eat, even though i do eat a lot. Too lazy to calculate calories too, which i bet is the case with most of us rolleyes.gif. Not really looking to gain weight for now, since i'm pretty happy with the 58kg i'm at. Probably will go for it in a year or two, when i need the extra mass for capo drool.gif

i hate vegies~~ luv meat ^^

weights training did help to increase weights and at the same time giv some tone to ur body~~
i dunno lah if u want to gain weights no matter whether it is FAT @ muscle~
but i prefer the 2nd one wink.gif

i eat 2 times of my usual amount when i started body building. around 5-6 meals. 4 of them rice+meat. breakfast i eat eggs and oats and tuna and drink milk.

do some work out. definitely will help u eat more

those are for serious workout people.. u can join some gym and do some normal weight lifting first.. squats and deadlife isn't for starters.. u hurt ur self.. u might get crippled for life.

i suggest the basic ones 1st. bench press, leg press, lateral raise, bicep curl bla bla.. i don remember the names rclxub.gif check out the net la..

or ask darklight hte pro thumbup.gif

If you eat rice, vegies, fruits and take protein supplements you can gain weight that way.

It's important to plan out your diet and workout routine plan.

What?????? Squats, deadlift and bench press ARE the BASICS!! Lateral raises are iso's.

Everything has a potential to get you crippled for life, even bicep curls. Where'd you get your facts from? I suggest you please edit your post so that people don't get completely wrong advice.

Increase weight??

My weight shooted up from 60 to 64kg, in less than 2 months

I think it is bcause I drink milk (protein) b4 I sleep almost everyday. U can try it.

This is my case too..eat a lot, stomach grows, else did not. I do workout but my achievements aren't that positive..

need to do more sit-up liao!!!

I drink in the morning & the night. I think the night one is more important to gain weight . Yes, it give me stomach also.
