So how do you guys maintain during this fasting month? during day time my stomach surely become papan wan

Just make sure you hit your TDEE during the window you can eat.

Eat more and consistent. Start counting calories so you know how much calorie you consume each day.

Share with us your regular diet first - whats your daily food intake like ? (number of meals, portion sizes, example foods you regularly take).

I think the only way to do that is by doing exercises that target the upper body muscles. Just food alone is not going to be able to do that.

Here's my daily food routine :

Breakfast - A bowl of noodle with a cup of tea
Lunch - depends , sometime eat rice and sometime eat noodle as well as bread
Dinner - Mostly rice mixed with chicken and potato, fish and soup

Sorry for bringing this very old post of yours but I used to take a lot of Sanitarium cruncy(no sugar) a lot a while back in Australia. I didn't know Ben's Publika sells it!

Do you still take it? Is it still being sold for RM14? Is it this one?

Your TDEE is around 2.2k.

You just need to eat more than 2.2k to gain weight (be it muscle or fat). Difficult to count calories? Yes it is, especially when it comes to eating out.

Easier to count calories if you eat/cook at home, you control the ingredients going into your food.

Anyway, if you malas to count calories, just eat more lah. If you don't eat enough how to grow? Start by eating 30-40% more than what you normally eat.
If you constantly feel full, eat more often. Have tea time snacks and eat supper.

You HAVE to EAT MORE. I cannot emphasize how important this is, which perfectly explains the situation you are in now.
