So my height is around 172 and my weight 65. The problem is that i'd always deal or eat with those oily and fry foods. Any tips on how to avoid them? I wanna reach my daily calories.

not just for women  guess. It's for all.
Eat less rice, more protein-based food.
Rice will end up as sugar in our body. So, basically it's the same as drinking sweet drinks  sweat.gif

so if eat rice everyday means end up eating sugar everyday huh? would u mind explain more about protein based foods?

rice contain mostly starch. Starch broke down to glucose in our body. So, it's more or less the same.
Protein-based food I was mentioning are like eggs, chicken, meat and so on.
I eat at least an egg everyday. I don't do much workout right now cuz busy with study, but can still maintain my V-shaped chest smile.gif

v-shaped chest? post drillz first then i'll comment lol.

For all of you guys who want to invest those weight gainers i suggest you guys better not buy. Why? Full of sugar and fats. You can make your own weight gainer shake better.

No.. I eat rice, fried fish and chicken and some sort of vegetables.. But, I less eat than normal(1-2 times a day)

In order to gain weight u need to eat bro. That's just plain simple but everyone tends to forget and they would quickly jump on that mass or weight gainer bullshit. Srs u can make ur own weight gainer better

QUOTE(ps3roxor @ Mar 15 2015, 11:41 AM)
I'm consuming Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass and I've been gymming at the same time for the last 1 month. I have lost the fat around my belly (58kg pre-gym) and have gained some muscles and pecs, but recently I seem to be plateauing (still 58~59kg) in terms of weight.

I still intend to gain at least another 5-10 kgs, should I stop going to the gym and still continue to consume the weight gainer? But that would mean my muscles atrophy.

The thing is, in order to gain bigger muscles, I need to be constantly upping the weights that I lift. So seems to me both my intentions (gain mass & gain muscles) are in conflict with each other
*
This is what happens noobs or skinny guy wants to build muscle really fast. Bruh do you really think you can build amount of muscle for the last 1 month? Then fuck no. Your diet affects your gains not your serious mass.

Whatever you say bro. There's a proper way to communicate, and there's condescending ways to communicate (i.e show offs). Kshen has given me good tips in another thread so thanks for nothing.

Major thanks for the elaborate info, much appreciated.

I have my weekly plans (not really weekly, but plans for 2-3days later), but sticking to the plan is hard.

For 1, I usually can't commit to my breakfast plan, as I am caught up with work.
And on weekends, I usually wake up late, that by then, it is already lunch.

I know the err is on my part, and I am working on it.
As for shitting, I felt the urge right after I consume food. Which I think should not be the case.

Say, I didn't consume breakfast. And I have po0ped the night before.
So to po0p right after lunch is uncool, as supposedly, there is nothing else to p0op!

Hmm... Is there any supplement to help with nutrient absorption?
I really hope that the food I am consuming, I get to reap the nutrients,
and not just bypass from throat, straight to anus.

myfitnesspal calculated for me that I requires 2.5kcal/day..

With my current meals without taking hard mass gainer, it was impossible for me to hit 2.5kcal

Any suggestion of food which will provide such amount of calories to me?
*
You can make mass gainer or ur own protein shake. U said at morning u eat oats, milk and banana? Try blend all of it and there u have a mass gainer.

The volume I intake is around 500-600 calories. So that's mean I need to increase the volume of oats, milk and banana?  blink.gif

In order to gain weight, I must exceed 2.5kcal per day?
*
Calculate ur tdee if u want to gain weight then add another 300-500 calories in order to be in surplus

Thanks for the reply, bro.
So, the conclusion is I need to eat more than my tdee.
I also interested to try the protein supplement but don't have any idea about it like how much to take, when to take it, the recommended brand.. Any advice situ? Hehe..
*
Protein supplement is not that important unless you're tracking ur macros then it will come in handy. Better stick with foods

I checked the nutrient contents for these two products :

Horley's :
[attachmentid=4704251]

Dutch Lady Full Cream Milk :
[attachmentid=4704258]
Seems to me that these two products provide more or less the same nutritions (protein/carbs/calorie).
Then it got me wondering; why'd people opt for Horley's when Full Cream Milk provide the same nutrients, at a fraction of the price ?
*
You can see by the amount sugars of horley's that's why ppl prefer drinking them and it's more sweeter than full cream milk

I'm taking that about 2 weeks. But only 1 scoop per day (half servings). With proper meal, nutrition, workout, can say im gain 4.6kg (obviously not all lean muslce. lol). But the road still far.
Previously my calorie maintenance is about 1600-1700. Now in the past two week i maintain to get around 2600cal. Eat chicken breast, eggs, beef, milk, vege, nuts, etc and maintain. You can seem improvement in no time. Trust me. Good luck.  smile.gif

Here my example diet:

Brakfast @ 8.30am : Nasi lemak 2x or Roti Canai 2x, Milk, Banana.
Lunch @ 12.30pm : Rice, Potato, 2pcs Chicken breast, Vege
Snack @ 3.30pm : Crackers, Nuts (count the calories. 5x crackers give you 225cal).
Snack @ 5.30pm : That Dymatize Mass Gainer (1 scoop / half servings)
Dinner @ 8.30pm : Rice, Eggs, Fish, Vege.
Supper @ 11.30pm : Milk + Protein Shake, Banana.

I workout usually at 10pm - 11pm.
*
In my opinion the weight you're gaining are mostly fat and ur breakfast are too heavy. instead of having nasi lemak or roti canai u should eat oats or eggs
