I am weighting around 48kg and height 165-167cm..
Currently eating Quaker Instant Oat, 2 banana, HL milk and 2 half boiled eggs for my breakfast..
I read a lot of post telling that for skinny guy to bulk up, he have to eat around 6 meal per day.
As I couldn't afford more with my salary, should I just take mass gainer or whey protein?
I am trying to increase my weight to 55-60kg to reach normal bmi.
I do not want fat to accumulate at stomach, I wish to have 4 packs etc..
Please give me some advice
If you want to gain weight, you have to eat more calories than what your body require.Currently eating Quaker Instant Oat, 2 banana, HL milk and 2 half boiled eggs for my breakfast..

It's not about how many meals, it's about HOW MUCH you eat in a day, which in the end is calculated using calories.
You can eat 50% more for every meal in a day for a start and continue eating more food.
