Hi,
I'm thinking of gaining weight but having problems with taking bigger amounts of food.
Is Appeton Weight Gain a good supplement to help with that?

I am weighting around 48kg and height 165-167cm..
Currently eating Quaker Instant Oat, 2 banana, HL milk and 2 half boiled eggs for my breakfast.. I read a lot of post telling that for skinny guy to bulk up, he have to eat around 6 meal per day. As I couldn't afford more with my salary, should I just take mass gainer or whey protein? I am trying to increase my weight to 55-60kg to reach normal bmi. I do not want fat to accumulate at stomach, I wish to have 4 packs etc.. Please give me some advice |

Please give me some advice It's not about how many meals, it's about HOW MUCH you eat in a day, which in the end is calculated using calories. You can eat 50% more for every meal in a day for a start and continue eating more food. |

With my current meals without taking hard mass gainer, it was impossible for me to hit 2.5kcal Any suggestion of food which will provide such amount of calories to me? |

The volume I intake is around 500-600 calories. So that's mean I need to increase the volume of oats, milk and banana? In order to gain weight, I must exceed 2.5kcal per day? |

Told you already, you need to eat more In order to gain weight, I must exceed 2.5kcal per day? And why are you only talking about breakfast? EAT MORE! Double the amount! EAT MORE FOR LUNCH! Double the amount. EAT more for DINNER! And eat supper! Problem could be that you're a small eater, just need to learn to eat more. Lastly, do remember to eat healthily also ya. Cut down on refined carbs like noodles, rice > noodles. Avoid breads and sugary drinks. Eat more protein and fats! Eat vegetables! And also work out! If you're eating 1.8k now, just try to eat 2k next week. Then increase it again until you hit the amount of calories you need. Takes longer but you adapt into the diet easier. In order to gain weight, I must exceed 2.5kcal per day? |

I am skinny dude with a high metabolism. Never able to gain weight for the past 30 years.
Last month, I started on my first bulking mission. I fired up myfitness pal app to track my daily calorie intake. Before mission Weight : 50.1kg Height 168cm Age : 31 14 days mission Weight : 52.5kg Gym : 3-4 times / week Calorie intake per day : Try to hit 2.5k (Most of the time left 100-200 calories) Supplements : ON Serious Mass at night to top on top what I've eaten the whole day. Considering that I have gained up to 2.3kg now, I think I am on the right track. Shall update more next week. |

QUOTE(Conie Choo @ May 21 2015, 04:52 PM) For weight loss, you can try some Detox tea: Trudtox, NH detoxlim Cost: (RM30-50) Fat Burner Pills: Zenoctil Cost: RM150 for 1 month supply depending on need. Nevertheless, diet and exercise is still the pillar to weight loss! |
