My weight is 59kg back then, with the height of 171cm. Now my weight maintain 71kg.
I ate normally 3-4 times a day. After every meal, i take nutrition power. Of course i go to gym too. Nutrition powder suppose to be for diet purpose, where we suppose to take it for meal replacement to loose weight. If we want to gain weight, we need to take it after each meal (if not every meal, take it at least after 2 meal). Drink lots of water and heads to gym. Age 20, weight 45kg, height 170cm. BMI 14~15. Super underweight.
Planning to take supplements. But need recommendation! Like all the other troubled people here, no matter how much food I take in, it will have no effect on my body weight. I'm a working person and I have only weekends to exercise. So my question is are there any supplements that can help me gain muscles but not fats, without going to the gym? I usually jog in the park every weekend. Please help! Thanks! |

currently, im taking a kind of gain appetite pill from one of my gym friends,
and the result was really obvious, i gained 3kg within 2weeks. |
