My weight is 59kg back then, with the height of 171cm. Now my weight maintain 71kg.
I ate normally 3-4 times a day. After every meal, i take nutrition power. Of course i go to gym too.
Nutrition powder suppose to be for diet purpose, where we suppose to take it for meal replacement to loose weight. If we want to gain weight, we need to take it after each meal (if not every meal, take it at least after 2 meal). Drink lots of water and heads to gym. Now im maintaining my current weight, coz this is my ideal weight biggrin.gif

Age 20, weight 45kg, height 170cm. BMI 14~15. Super underweight.

Planning to take supplements. But need recommendation!

Like all the other troubled people here, no matter how much food I take in, it will have no effect on my body weight.

I'm a working person and I have only weekends to exercise. So my question is are there any supplements that can help me gain muscles but not fats, without going to the gym? I usually jog in the park every weekend.

Please help! Thanks!

Must be gym ah? If work out at home like sit-ups push-ups 20 times each will it be effective? Really busy especially in audit line...

And what's the quotation for a mass gainer? Any brands in particular? And how's the frequency of intake? Twice/Thrice a day?

And thanks for replying!

Nutritions can always check at shops like GNC, but I'm taking normal nutrition that I get it from some mlm company. Not necessarily have to go gym, you can always do it at home too. The most convenient and easy way to exercise is at the comfort of ure home. Get those basic training equipment like jumping ropes, dumbbells or barbells at least, whatever you think necessary or best for you. At least spend 30mins to 1 hour. If too busy make it 15 mins of simple pushups, squads and sit-up / crunch will do. Take rue nutrition after workout. If rue going gym, take rue nutrition 1 hour before, then take it again after gym.

your calorie burn seem to be higher than your intake, just up your calorie, would do, while lifting some weights, it depends where you just want to tone yourself or bulk with big muscles, then your diet plan and lifting need to be planned.

tell us how is your daily diet looks like?

Hiya, sorry, havent got the time to check on lyn. my daily diet is kinda screwed up. haha! but could you advise me on how ideal daily diet shall be? (if it's on the previous post sure tell me, i'll check on it)

Besides, do you take any protein shake? does it help? what is the catch and cons.. Don't want my health to be screwed by this.

I recently bought weights, so far so good. haven't use to the fullest yet. But yet again, is it possible to tone up muscle w/o fat mass? or do i need fat first so easier to build up muscle? im also replacing swimming over jogging. see if it helps.

Sorry for these stewpid questions sweat.gif , i know it's repetitive in this topic but if the previous posts from other ppl has already the ans to mine Qs, do let me know. i'll check on it. biggrin.gif

No supplement can make ur muscle look bigger bro. U need to exercise to make it big where the whey supplement will help ur muscles to recover and help u to achieve the amount of protein needed in daily basis.
