hello everyone. need some advice here. currently my weight only 47kg and i want to gain more. not too much just around 55-60kg. may i know the best supplement out there and where do i get it? any recommended pharmacy by u guys? Thx in advance. biggrin.gif

is it so hard to gain weight ?
6 meal per day but eat in the healthy way ..
also maintaining 54KG with the height of 172CM ..

errr basically i exercise when i am in the mood. I know it sucks. No motivation or drive to push.

Why not try USANA nutrimeal(Protein meal replacement drink), and Essentials 5star rated supplement. Will allow you to gain weight, let you stay at your weight supposed to be.

Someone I know weighed 40kg and was terribly under weight (ribs sticking out, cheek bones very sharp, etc) and started taking alfafa tablets recently that seemed to help a lot. She's put on some meat on her bones and is looking much better! Just thought I'd share..!

what is this alfafa thing u talking about? available in pharmacy?

How bout going to the gym as a start?? If u don't want to commit urself try playing sports or going jogging..

Ummm I guess they must have it at pharmacies? Have a look around?
From my own personal experience, taking spirulina/chlorella too can help with weight gain.. You just have to find the right blend and brand that suites you best.. =)

You know why you guys are skinny?

thats because you dont eat enough... TRUST me..

theres no 1 individual that have a special gene that you eat like pig still weight light as hell....

Some might have higher metabolism but that doesnt mean you cannot gain weight...



Many skinny people Perceived that they ate alot ... what 6 times mean a day la etc.... but is it consistant? you eat alot 1 day doesnt mean you will instantly gain weight....

and also eating 1 packet of biscuit does not consider as eating 1 time..





If gaining weight but not muscle... its very easy because you dont have to worry about your diet..... just eat whatever junk food, chips etc... eat alot all day long...




If you are rich and you have the will to gain weight .... very easy ..... buy weight gain supplement .... drink 3 times a day instantly 1000 calories..... drink EVERYDAY .... very expensive... but sure hell is effective....
but also remember to take your breakfast,lunch,dinner and supper....

This thing about underweight is haunting for me like 2 years. Just a thing that has been going inside my mind recently , i drink coffee/nescafe regularly like 2-3 times / day . Does this affect my potential to gain weight? Im weighing around 50kg atm with the height of 163cm / . Eat constantly 5-6 times a day ( heavy meal ) . But still , my weight only increase 1kg in the past 6 months. Cant afford those supplement thing. Metabolism is high. What can i do? My younger brother is heavier than me. LOL ! Thank you.

why some ppl keep mentioning jogging prevents us from gaining weight? cause it burns fat? not true right?
