16 serving only ? same also with serious mass meh. serving per container 16. and just want to gain weight only. so skinny as a lady. 38kg and 158cm

Hi. Myself gained 3.6kg of muscles in just 4 days.

If you need to gain weight by building some leaning muscles and not increase your body fat, just PM me for more info.

hey guys, I really need tips on gaining weight.
I am 17, my height's 167 and my weight's 42kg

I can hardly gain any weight no matter how much I eat. I usually have a cup of milo and a packet of biscuit before heading to school. I eat during recess time too. After school, I would walk home almost everyday, I take this as regular workout since distance from my school to my house is around 1km+. Drop by restaurant to have lunch on the way home. Needless to say I have dinner everyday.

So as you can see, I REALLY need help.

how much you sleep per day ? on morning try change biscuits to oat . and add maybe 2 boiled egg to the menu smile.gif

I'm 20. Height=175cm, Weight last time=55kg
Appearance: very skinny. even my normal skinny friends (guys/girls), their arm is bigger than mine. I feel very embarrassed. Totally damn offs. lol. Thought of toning up muscles. Recently, i checked my weight,=50kg due to active runner/jogger. Joined several marathons around the city and quite liking it. Omg, im so sad. how to even build up when i have no mass. im like the same weight as my lil sis. lol.

1-2 hours in the afternoon, 6-7 hours in the night. Yeah I take oats often too, one of my breakfast favorite.
A thing about boiled eggs, I can't swallow them, I will feel like I am about to puke every time I eat it.

you could half boil them or fry them using non stick pan, so you dont need to use oil. Not necessarily you need to hard boil them biggrin.gif

your calorie burn seem to be higher than your intake, just up your calorie, would do, while lifting some weights, it depends where you just want to tone yourself or bulk with big muscles, then your diet plan and lifting need to be planned.

tell us how is your daily diet looks like?

haha , me last time oso like dat . What i do is :

1. Go take hard boiled egg, press it using fork until crumbles , add MAYO & PEPPER . voila , no stinky smell tongue.gif OR

2. Fry on non sticky fry pan, make sure not totally cooked until brown wor , white colour also okay ady brows.gif Then, eat with sum whole grain bread

yes, both serious mass and super mass are premium products.
Not to be racist, but malays react very well to super mass compared to serious mass and chinese thus usually use serious mass cuz when they use super mass, they
"lao-sai" or diarrhoea .

but the best is for u to try both and see which suits u better cuz every1 body is different
