Ok bro,6 meals a day doesn't mean 6 big meals.it's actually just 3 meals and u split every meal to 2.so that makes it 6 meals per day
Most important tip is to Eat NORMALLY.dont take too much carbo or meat.Just eat normal meals. Have a proper rest time everyday and you're body will begin to grow. Basically, just have a healthy lifestyle. -EAT NORMAL(HEALTHY) -SLEEP And if you're taking weight gainers or protein remember to drink loads of water.i don't know why but its my doctor's advice |

Hi Im 132 pounds/60 kg ,19 years old, 180cm currently.
I'm probably having a 1 month holiday and I hope i can full utilize this 1 month to gain weight and maintain a good healthy life after this. I have read the pinned topics about gaining weight, but it sounds a bit difficult for me as thos erecipes are a bit hard. what I can conclude is I will buy and consume more Milk,Yoghurt,Nuts and Oats. However, is there any gym that allows 1 month membership or is there any websites that can teach me the exercises that i can do it at home? thanks! |

Hi, lastly managed to reach 64kg. Never been above 60kg before, always between 54-59kg. I'm 34 y.o.
I took Serious Mass starting october 2011. Was 55kg when I started. I only take 1 serving (with low fat milk) instead of 2 serving recommended on the package. Other meals (breakfast, lunch & dinner) as per normal. Additional just pair of peanut butter sandwich with Serious Mass after dinner. After getting some increase in mass, I do the 4 minutes upper body workout using dumbell.. Now happy already to achieve my target weight 64kg:) |

Hi, just to share my experience.
Initial Height & Weight: 166cm & 51-53kg+/- 12 weeks progress result: 57.7-58kg+/- - Consume proper meal everyday in a timely manner. Every meal should includes protein, calories and min. fats. ie.Chicken Breast,Milk,Bread,Egg,Fish,Red Meat (not too often),fresh vege & fruits..etc. - Regular Workout + Protein / Muscle mass gain drink (OPTIONAL) - Cut down alcohol / nicotine intakes - Cut all Fast Foods & Junk Foods. It only boost up your FATS! - SUFFICIENT REST. Sleep at least 6-7 hours per day - IMPORTANT - Consume alot of WATER. My regular daily intakes: Breakfast: 2-3 x Hard boiled eggs or Chicken salad (with/without salmon or grill fish sometimes) Tea-break: Cereal drink Banana Soya drink / Milo or any other similar drink Lunch: Rice + Meat (Chicken / Beef / Mutton) or Rice w/ alot of Vege / Fish / Tofu / Egg Pre-workout (30mins before): Bread Post-workout: Weight Gain/Muscle Gain - Protein Drink + Milk Dinner: 2 x Chicken Breast or Rice w/ Fish + alot of Vege The above recipe is not any professional weight gain guide but solely based on my own experience. Feel free to try it out yourself. Results may vary. It's not hard to gain weight if you have discipline in your food intake. Determination is what counts. Good Luck =) |

Weight gain isn't something that is easy to do, it requires patience and discipline to diet and training.
Here are a few tips to get you started: Have an extra slice of whole-grain toast with peanut butter at breakfast. Add extra cheese to an omelet. Slice an apple and serve with almond butter. Stir chopped nuts into plain yogurt and top with honey. Carry a bag of trail mix for a convenient snack. Serve yourself larger portions of starchy vegetables like potatoes and sweet corn. Add calories with a nutritious beverage such as milk, 100% fruit juices, or vegetable juice. |
