Im 52kg with 175cm. cry.gif Just finished 2 roti lelur(every night before sleep). Remain the same weight also.

Snack : 500 ml milk
Dinner : Grilled chicken breast with green peas
Before bed : 500 ml milk

I stuck to a simple workout program called Stronglifts 5x5 and you only have to train 3 times a week, 45 minutes a day.

I was consistent in eating 6 meals a day, never skipped my workout and got enough sleep and rest. I gained 10 kg in 3 months, from 54kg to 64.

Just be a little more disciplined and consistent when it comes to gaining weight and spend a little more on food. Take the effort in reading, understanding and searching for information.

Any food can replace Milk ? I only drink chocolate milk but 1500ml/day in too much for me, and it's cost many too.

Anyone could recommend me a good mass gainer supply ? It is my 1st time to try a supplement.

- The taste should be acceptable, taste like milk should be good.
- How to I consume it ? In case I hate the taste, can I mix anything so that it become friendly taste
- Importantly, do it have side-effect ? My people around me always say "U will die early if u consume those thing"

At last, I gain 3kg (From 52 to 55) by drink milk every morning and before sleep for 2 months. Now I'm stuck at 55.

I just ordered BSN Truemass, hopefully I will gain 2-5kg in 1 month.

Btw, do I need protein shack to maximize for the potential muscle to grow faster and bigger ?

I start to consume BSN True Mass now, hopefully to gain 2-5kg. Cost me RM180 sad.gif


Btw, the taste of BSN truemass is quite gooding, chocolate flavor.
