gain weight from 77kg to 90kg in 1 years and 3 months.

How?

1. Shut up and stop complaining that you cant gain weight even you eat like cow
2. Enough for the stupid time hanging in front computer to watch those HK/ TW drama and dota and you tell me you have to no time to gym?
3. Go to the gym and lift the weight. Squat, Bench Press, Overhead Press, Deadlift, Row! (google for the guide, there is alot of usefull guideline in internet, and it is FOC) go to gym and doing countless biceps curls doesnt count as a gym day
4. Eat frequent meal with balance nutrition.


A: Lazy la.. when i back from work already very tired.
B: Don't want la, i don't want to be huge like the hulk, very ugly (if you think is that easy to get that kind of size then you are an idiot)
C: No gym at my place la...bla bla (Home bodyweight workout then)

Me: My answer will be the same for you, fxxk off and stick with your batang body. Enjoy:)

i hope n hope n hope becum thinner n thinner...if i hav underweight like u,totally my life could more perfect...
mayb u eat,sleep,then eat n sleep again...eat before sleep totally becum fat easily..
but if ur family all thin like u,it very HARD n COMPLICATED for u to gain weight...cause u own ur family genes n bones...
like my friend she eat everytime at school,but she til thin like a bone cause her family all skinny~~~
anyway hope ur wish will realise soon~~

dun gain too much weight within short period else u get stretch marks

seen many ppl put on weight too fast (bodybuilder/normal ppl/pregnant lady) and those stretch marks are unpleasant to look at..

lose weight too fast oso same thing tho.. seen skinny ppl in the gym who used to be fat have stretch marks around his belly. seen one guy who has it all over his body, front, back, legs.. it's really bad.

u see weigh gain products / lose weight program which says can help you gain/lose weight fast... u got to be careful. they never mention u might get stretch marks from it.

keep in mind u wanna gain / lose weight to look good. but with stretch marks comes along, it just subtract ur goal of looking good.

i got a question, i mamak like almost everyday, i eat like 2meals PER MEAL usualy ( coz have to eat gf's share also sleep.gif'' ), but why i cant seem to gain much weight, but instead my stomach grow rounder ? i would wana gain weight in terms, look bigger ?..so that i can buff up , coz right now if i go workup, im afraid i'll be thinner again.

Is going to gym to build some muscle weight the only solution to increase weight? Because I've tried other methods and the only thing I've not tried is building up muscle weights. Does it actually work? Anyone experienced this before?

usually hard gainer like us gain strench mark is quite slim.
is so hard for us to gain weight, so strech mark is out of question~

example : Ppl like me with weights from 45kg - 60kg, try so hard just to gain 1-2 kg each time

but hard to say sometimes, maybe suddenly body metabolism change and gain weight easily hahah

To share you my experience, my weight is around 38-40kg all the while.
I tried eat many supplements and even the detox thingy also help.
As i heard that we need to detox first so that our body able to absorb the maximum nutritious from foods.
All these i done about 2 years (stop and continue) but all these not working for me.

Until i started eat balanced meals and do exercise twice a week.
I managed to gain weight about 1Kg a month, my weight now is 43KG.
Please remind that, seems we are gaining weight, so must not allow our stomach empty.

You must look for food as long as you feel hungry, eat something healthy not snacks!!!
Watering our body with 3000ml plain water a day, our body only can function well with water.

Remember not sit immediately after meal, else your stomach is gaining before your muscle sweat.gif
You may do more firming exercise when your weight is gaining so that your skin wont fabby tongue.gif

My target weight is 46KG, and let's archive it together!!!

Sure lah round! No stimulation to grow muscles, all those food is stored as fat lah. Some more mamak food so low in protein.

hello guys need some advise for my plan

So this is the situation for me:
My body weight : 58kg, 174cm, My 1st goal is to gained muscle mass and get rid some belly fat on my waist area since i am skinny also so later on can build my 6pk body^^But I had problem with my routine. At here I am also a marathon runner. Currently I just starting doing workout with my arm, biceps, triceps cause very week to do push up activity. This my rountine:
Monday: workout
Tuesday: running
Wednesday: Workout
Thursday: Running
Friday:Workout
Saturday: Running
Sunday: Running
* Recently just buy optimum 100% whey protein, so i decided to consume on post workout. This is my meal plan Usually
Breakfast: Wholewheat Bread Gradenia x3, 3/4 tbs instant oat + fernleaf powder, and sometimes with half boiled edd x2
Mid morning: wholewheat biscuit x 1pack/ no consume
Lunch: Economy Mixed rice/Noodles
Evening: can I take whey protein before workout
post workout: whey protien
Dinner: Noodles/Nan Bread/Tuna sandwich/I try not to consume rice at night

You do know the calories in noodles are more or less the same as rice? Anyway, breakfast include 3eggs not just sometimes. Mid morning, sandwiches got? Or peanuts? And yes you can take whey protein before workout aswell.

I do not take sandwich at midd morning. But if I want to take whey protein is it ok?
