QUOTE(yongtjunkit @ Oct 28 2023, 04:17 PM) If they don't upgrade 30mbps users, by right price should be reduce. Otherwise, you can lodge report to MCMC. QUOTE(blibala @ Oct 28 2023, 06:18 PM) Yes yongtjunkit liked this post

Hi, I can't reach full speed of the promised 100mbps package, speedtest always capped at 93-95mbps max. even with LAN
i know it's not a major annoyance, but is there any ways to get the full 100mbps experience? |

What happens to existing customers with Maxis Fibre 30Mbps?
All existing customers with Maxis Fibre 30Mbps plan are encouraged to upgrade to the All-New Maxis Home Fibre 100Mbps plan and enjoy 3x speed by just paying an additional RM10. To upgrade, visit your nearest Maxis store or give us a call. For Maxis Fibre 30Mbps customers whose premise is wired by VDSL, you may upgrade your speed once your premise is upgraded and wired by fibre. Upgrade is subject to network and technology infrastructure at your area, and will not include any router and modem changes. On request, router/modem can be changed and will be subjected to standard recontracting terms and conditions. |

QUOTE(blibala @ Oct 29 2023, 12:21 AM) Then with same RM139 price, would better get unifi 300mbps now for better tech support and new router Definitely. Somemore can get free 6 months if do transfer through Unifi agent |
