Maybe Unifi changed infrastructure which caused them issue? Hopefully they'll working each other to solve the issue.

U try test using VPN first see the result first..

Yup, u r correct. there is no 100% perfect ISP.

Just be patience and it will eventually solved one day.

QUOTE(MystiqueLife @ Nov 13 2015, 01:51 PM)
If you guys didn't know, ISPs perform network upgrade/maintenance during window time from 0000 hours to 0600 hours because that's the least impacted service affecting for customers.

Be it UniFi, Maxis or Ohana, it's all the same. If you are facing issue past midnight, it's probably work is being done somewhere to upgrade/fix issues.  smile.gif

Yes, maxis use unifi backbone.. Maxis and unifi actually signed agreement partnership.

QUOTE(1234kingbling @ Nov 13 2015, 04:41 PM)
I have a question,  how will they do their installation? I have a small tm box at the back of my house which is connected to telephone sockets all over the house. Will maxis connect it at that box?

Both is same, because maxis use unifi backbone. Whenever unifi got issue maxis will got issue too.

QUOTE(iextra81 @ Nov 18 2015, 09:59 AM)
i tot maxis fiber should be the best .. better than unifi
