i wasn't charged when i installed Maxis.
But the installation for Unifi got charged, which I guessed was due to asking them to lay inside casing that I prepared myself inside apartment beforehand.

at the door it was covered, then straight to my living room with without cover. 3 days later red pos. my maxis fiber is enjoying labour day holiday.

anyone knows whats the login and password for maxis zte620 modem?

earlier i did ask from the installer to provide me, i tried accessing today with admin / admin but failed. 3 days alreayd red pon.

thinking to make the jump to maxis since my unifi contract ends already... wonder if there's promo for someone who switch over?

Hi, why I see advertisements (usually agent) got RM20 rebate for 24 months for 300mbps? which mean customer pay RM129 only for 24 months.

some also i see offer RM109 for first year. this is for 300mbps. I couldn't find in the website

Hi,

I wanted to replace the Maxis Wi-Fi router with my Google Nest Wi-Fi Router. I'm currently stuck trying to configure VLAN tagging to my Google Nest and there is no way in doing that within Google Home app.

The option I found from Google (Link) is to turn my Maxis Wi-Fi router to bridge mode and setup the Google Nest thru Maxis Wi-Fi router. My question is, how do I turn the bridge mode on in the Maxis Wi-Fi router web management?

Hi I'm on Hotlink Postpaid Fiber 99

Has anyone tried porting out from this plan?
I would like to keep the phone number by jumping to another telco but terminate fiber so i can have TIME installed

is it possible?
Since its a combo plan it seems weird, not sure if I can follow normal procedures of just going to other telco and request port out
since need to return equipment to maxis

make sure you have zero contract.
But I think the Hotlink Flex Fibre may not allow port out...is my guess. best to ask Maxis.

Terminate the current plan is possible, just walk into maxis service centre and ask for it.

I contacted Maxis CS

They will move the phone plan to Postpaid 98 and terminate the fiber

And I will need to quickly port away to not pay too much of the Postpaid 98 fees

Finally received my FINAL bill from Maxis Home Fibre... see ya Maxis maybe i'll be back when you have greater deal.
Cut off date is based on the date of my first call to terminate, not based on the "confirmation" call a few days later.
