i installed maxis fiber home 300mbps 3 days ago. just now when i woke up its LOS blinking red light. repowering it does nothing.
is maxis down or is it my unit issue

anyone knows whats the login and password for maxis zte620 modem?
earlier i did ask from the installer to provide me, i tried accessing today with admin / admin but failed. 3 days alreayd red pon. |

how to get new ip within modem setting? like close wan and reopen.
or need to restart router. |
