Request termination or port out to other provider. Maxis will call and counter offer.

Recently keep receiving call from maxis offering speed upgrade by adding 10 ringgit... 4 more months to end the contract but they call so early this round...

Time is entering my taman soon.. Condering to port to Time

Good decision, just port to Time.
I also received same call from Maxis last week, I just told the person bluntly, TM offer Rm90 for 500mbps, and you should be ashame to call up your customer to offer Rm149 for the same plan.

Just installed Maxis under TM infra. Seems like TM is still applying bufferbloat. Max 280mbps down, 47mbps up. And horrible upload latency.

It's a well known secret. Some people get the correct upload but download only 270~280.

Yeah. At another place, we port from Unifi to Maxis, no such issues, get 10% extra as well. This current place, brand new installation. I wonder if this bufferbloat does not apply to ex-Unifi customers

No, is random. I switch from Unifi 100mbps to Digi fibre, got only 97mbps. Then switch to Maxis fibre, got 93-94mbps. After upgrade to 300mbps, I get 280mbps but upload can get 50-52 mbps.

Lately it seems maxis fiber is having intermittent speed issue.

hkl, from 330mbps dropped until 3mbps occasionally and to report the issue, so damn tedious. self-care portal testing/raising a report is impossible as long as there's connection.

need to call kns.

yeah, the self-care portal also has changed. It was easier to raise a case just earlier this year. Now is like what you said.
