Just switch from Unifi on 3Feb and now I getting this inconsistent no internet issue

maxis dont even make official annoucement until i hv to check with maxis tru twitter then only they inform having fiber issue nationwide

just request a transfer back to unifi. feel not appreciated by maxis, same price from 2019, unifi now got staywithunifi which some of the users got cheaper than maxis for the same speed.

No such thing, loyal customer for more than 10 yrs.

Remember, it's "some of the users", not all. I have also use their service since dial up era, then to Streamyx, then Unifi, then now Digi. After Digi contract end I will see which plan is more attractive.

End up I still stick back to unifi.
Because unifi offer me RM129 300mbps with 6 months free subscription.
Which is more attractive than maxis offer.

Hi guys, I received few promotional upgrade bcs my contract was about to end with Maxis.

Rejected all their offers previously but now i seems to be interested again. (Upgrade current plan with few months rebate)

Is there any how I can ask for that offer? Or I will just have to wait another call from their sales agent? (Not sure when will this happen)
