Just feels bad paying extra RM120 a year for something that's been free since the first year I used Maxis, I went from the promotion 100mbps to 300mbps and converted to family plan so Im paying quite a bit. Am kinda annoyed they couldn't exclude this from loyal customers.

Heck, anyone know what the PD blocks for ISPs in malaysia are?
Because /64 is terrible since you can't have more then 1 subnet... without breaking a lot of assumptions devices have. (Like SLAAC apparently)

nope the 119 free months 100 mbps was to offered my parents unifi users since their contract just expired. But since their usage is low

Nope but ever since I requested for public IP but I never really use it. So, I guess I'm OK to live with private IP...

If your iot stuff/ip camera are cloud based should be no problem
Cloudflare’s free, just need to get domain, arm board (rpi zero or equivalent) to run it 24/7 and you’re up
