I have completed my Unifi contract in Dec-2022.

I would like to switch to Maxis Fibre and currently I have 5 Maxis line.
I'm looking at Maxis Family Plan with Fibre (RM399 package).
Did anyone receive any better offer from switching from UNIFI to MAXIS Family Fibre Plan.

Hi I just installed Maxis Fibre 100mbps.

Just want to check on the following item:

1. I'm getting 94mbps / 45mbps when I connect thru Lan cable for 100mbps. Is this acceptable speed for 100mbps? My expectation is getting 100mbps for what I paid for.

2. My Maxis Fibre doesn't come up backup Maxis 4G simcard ... I ask the installer he told me need to go Maxis to get the backup sim. Is he telling me the correct info?

2. They provide Huawei LG8245X6 router and Huawei HG8240H5 modem. So should be using 1000mbps port

Anybody know how to set manually the wifi channel for 5G band on Huawei LG8245X6 router provided by Maxis.

Same here .. im having same issue with my Maxis Fibre ... I'm from Subang

Just switch from Unifi on 3Feb and now I getting this inconsistent no internet issue

I'm having the same issue as well this morning and now still having this issue ... On & Off the connection speed is slow .. cant even do speed test ... Im situated in Subang Jaya

From previous reports on media, Maxis will provide free upgrades to existing users of above 100mbps from 1-November-2023.

Has anyone received any upgrade for their existing fibre speed as of 1-Nov-2023.

Looks like nothing happened in November after the announcement of the free fibre upgrade in the media.

Disappointed.... those who sign up for Maxis Family plan not entitle for speed upgrade. FAMILY PLAN package consider step-son? We still using Maxis Fibre plan but we integrated with our Maxis phone line.

Then in this case since 100mbps have been reduce price ... Those who currently with 100mbps above Family Plan should also have a price reduction since not entitle for Free Fibre Speed Upgrade.
