I think you get mixed up. SEH is individual-titled but SEH2 will be a mix of strata and individual-titled.

All landed units in SEH 1 are individual title.

All landed units in SEH 2 Wetland are individual title, while the landed units in SEH 2 woodland (yet to launch) are Strata Title.

SEH 1 no more DSL new launching, except the superlink. For DSL only subsale available.

Seh 1 is individual title...why I heard the maintenance fee almost rm300...wat the difference between seh1 individual & seh2 individual title? How much maintainance different?

SEH1 P1 maintenance fee should be around $100, and P3 $300. P3 being a 'premium' section has more/better landscape features & advanced security system, which explains the higher fee. Need to spend more $$$ to upkeep the lawn, plants & cleanliness too if u want leng leng environment, don't u think?

Current phase of SEH2 is on par with SEH1 P1, so I expect maintenance fee shall be more or less similar.

SEH 1 Precinct 1 maintenance fees is around RM 80/month, while Precinct 3 is RM 308/month (including the sinking fund). All are individual title.

Why Precinct 3 maintenance can be so much higher? If you look at the following video, you will be able to notice the total landscape different between Precinct 1 and Precinct 3.

SEH 2 current launching will be similar to the Precinct 1 SEH 1, while I believe the SEH 2 Woodlands shall be something similiar to SEH 1 Precinct 3.

I heard there is a factory (Technology PP Industries Sdn Bhd) near Beranang area which is polluting the areas air quality...anyone with info on this?

Never heard of this, but if really so, must complaint to the authority..

I agree with samkps, need more than SEH2 buyers to protest if it's for real, a closed group will not accomplish much... appreciate if details posted here.

Erh, soli arh......a bit of correction.

Maintenence fees for P3 is around RM300/month. It depends on your type, and not all RM308 per month. Some of the units, even without the sinking fund is more than that.

How it is known this company cause the pollution? Check by some machine or anything?

In SEH1, we can smell processed palm oil and most probably it comes from the nearby Ngo Chew Hong Oil & Fats refinery plant. Once I drove to the refinery area to confirm the smell. It's definitely from that plant.

Wind blows and I think soon residents from SEH2 and Ecomajestic will smell it as well.
