Finally, SEH has revealed the masterplan of the much expected Setia Ecohill 2.... The model of the master plan is available for public viewing in SEH welcome center currently...

So far the info received from SA:

1.) 1010 acres of township that will be sharing the Lekas interchange with EcoMajestic.

2.) Shall have the link houses, cluster, semiD, zero-lot bungalow, bungalow lot, apartment and commercial shoplot.

3.) Cluster and SemiD shall be in strata title, while link houses in individual title.

4.) As usual, many landscape and greenery in the surrounding, there is a hill call Bukit Tempurung (400 feet) is located within the the township and shall be preserved as it is, with some landscape work.

5.) There will be no private club house in this township.

6.) Commercial area shall be very near to the silversquare of EM.

7.) Shall launch within 1 - 2 years from now...

""Setia EcoHill 2 has a net sellable area of 501 acres, with 215 acres set aside for strata-titled landed properties. In total, 382 acres will be allocated to residential properties and 119 acres for commercial developments.

The homes and shops will be developed over 18 phases, each with its own themed park and garden. I saw it but I was so blurred until I didn't realized it was the masterplan for SEH2... shocking.gif

Surprise there will be no private clubhouse for this seh 2, thoight seh 2 will be more exclusive than seh 1

From the masterplan, it can be seen that there will be 3 entrance to Setia Ecohill 2..

One is from Lekas interchange, one is from EcoMajestic (through the red carpet bridge) and one will be from Jalan Semenyih around Taman Perindustrian Mahkota... rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

Btw, shld they launch so soon with SEH 1 also nor yet completed... Never expeded the launchinf will be in 1-2yrs time.

I think the plan is very obvious now. Clubhouse in precint two and three likely will be shared facility with SEH 2 . There is no point to spend extra money to maintain two club house located within kilometers.
It will be further to travel for some residents but long term it is easier to manage .

Well that's my thinking need to confirm their plan

Not sure, maybe they want to imitate the concept of EM, having the "sports center" in the commercial area instead... hmm.gif hmm.gif
