im probably going to book a unit coming weekend...was looking at 20 x 70 end/corner lot...any advice?

just that the phase 1 for 20 x 70 is facing South...only the center row facing North...confused...

SE2 requires 10k booking fee. Is this normal and is this refundable? Big amount....

For SEH2 the developer will cover all MOT, S&P, Legal Fee and Loan agreement fee? We only need to pay booking, 10% and 90%?

What's the next process after booking? The banker will be at the SE office or SE will get the required docs from us and send to their panel banks on our behalf ?

As informed by SE, all types of fees will be taken care ex; MOT,S&P,Legal and buyer will be given a month to prepare the 10% 2 weeks from the date of signing the S&P.
