I heard SEGI University is going to setup a branch campus in SEH2. That's good, but I would prefer a more reputable international university which is highly ranked to be located at SEH2.

By the way I spoke to a property valuer from a bank who recently visited a unit, whom the owner wants to sell, in precint 1, and he told me that the bank value the property 20x70 for Angusta is about RM530K to RM560K. I bought mine at RM460K 2.5 years ago, so mathematically, the 20x70 property price for angusta in SEH1 has appreciated at least RM70K to RM100K.

the whole township including SEH1+SEH2+EM will be huge, and the impact is yet to be seen. The spillover effect will be felt in the coming years when more houses and commercial units are VPed.

He was a bank property valuer whom i just bumped into when I was about to leave my house. I dont get a chance to ask which bank he works with, but I think we can also see the property price for sale at mudah.com.my.

One of my neighbour in Sg Long bought a unit at GVH and the family doesnt not dare to move in to the new area because not many residents there. In addition there are not many amenities and a bit secluded according to them. ohmy.gif

In SEH1, we can smell processed palm oil and most probably it comes from the nearby Ngo Chew Hong Oil & Fats refinery plant. Once I drove to the refinery area to confirm the smell. It's definitely from that plant.

Wind blows whistling.gif and I think soon residents from SEH2 and Ecomajestic will smell it as well.
