So we called SPS today to check on Clarus status because on their site progress photo, it shows "Painting work in progress as on 7/2/2017", but the staff said on their computer it is only "Building Foundation" stage...

Want to ask, how is SP Setia's contractor's workmanship skills for their other developments so far? Good?

btw SA update on Alexus: 70% gone already, the ones left are a few intermediates, mostly corners and end lots

Bravas 20x70 has 10:90 scheme or not?

For reference, last time Banyas 20x70 with bu 1909sf had 10:90 scheme + 4% rebate. Price before rebate starts from 608k.

don't think so le, but need double check with SA, brochure no 10:90 logo on it, but that brochure is very basic since haven't even soft launch yet
