Bravas hav 2 types, 2015 & 2150 build up, price 623k & 648k b4 less, 5% & 1% early bird discount , then 1% cash back for introducer(can be ur partner)

Seh 1 is individual title...why I heard the maintenance fee almost rm300...wat the difference between seh1 individual & seh2 individual title? How much maintainance different?
