where is the access road to seh2? do future residents need to go to eco majestic first, then only we reach seh2?

It shall depend on how SPS open the road for connection.

Ultimately, SEH 2 residents shall be able to access to the EcoMajestic Lekas interchange directly.

Yes, I heard it called "High Tech Park", but based on the master plan, the location of factory(light blue area) is quite far, I dont think will hv much impact on residential area. Dont worry.
