anyone got info on this shop?

tnt pet shop in bayan baru, penang. located next to young ones

boarded my cat there for about 2 weeks for cny

we got him back and found the belly fur have been shaved, but no questions asked as he was taken quickly to the car (he is timid and uncomfortable in an environment he is not comfy with), and we were just too happy to see him...
he looked unhappy and lethargic for the first week
at first we thought he just miss us for too long

then recently we found him with 2 (just now suspect third) spot of bald skin, we found that he pulled the fur off with his teeth

made some research and among the causes could be psychological, but could also be medical condition. we will get our cat to the vet this coming weekend

in the mean time, googled and found that the shop got bad reputation...

so anyone else got info about this shop?

i will drop by there soon to confront the owner about this...

Personally, I prefer keeping my cats at home and having a cat sitter come every day to take care of them. Keeps them in their own environment, so it doesn't stress them out.

i have heard some bad rumors about that shop tho i have no idea how true they. a friend told me the animals in that shop is always sleeping no matter how many times he goes there and he suspects misconduct.
anyway its just a suspicion and i don't want to smear the shop owners reputation with mere rumors. though you have every right to be cautious.

i do know a decent place to board your cat tho. its at one world, bayan baru. owner of that shop is alexis.

thanks for sharing. i also was introduced the shop at oneworld and went there yesterday. they have a number of kittens for adoption and the person seems nice (dont know her name though)

i got my 2nd kitten from her.

she takes in almost all stray puppies and kittens and feed/tend to them at her own expense until someone adopts them. her only condition is u must bring them back to spay/neuter.

People should adopt rather than buying
She's doing a very noble thing, in fact there are quite a number of people doing the same

yup i was told so. she was nice but the shop is quite hidden
indeed. but maitaining so many cats is not cheap

The reason that cats on friendly terms with each other lick the ears and head is just mutual grooming. They can't do it them self except by licking their paw and rubbing it across their head and ears. Mutual grooming is a way cats show affection, friendship and respect to each other.

so i noticed my cats been licking each others ears
but i wonder after i neuter/spay both of them, will still frenly to each other or not ah?
later quarrel everyday, susah me 

Hello.

I want to ask about my cats health problem.

She was not well about a week ago. I check her at nearest pet shop and it hit 39.9 celcius. So the vet staff
give vitamin+antibiotik ( liquid ) + fever ( pills) . Howeber after 3-4 days my cat refuse to eat and drink at all and even i assit her to eat she will vomit together with kibbles.Not much at all when eat, just 10 pieces.All that only she can eat for single day.Im really worried.Last 2 day she start to poo with blood.And i check after she just poo, it come together with worm.Anyone can help me? I stay at Kepala Batas Penang.
