last time i heard that need swipe at least 12 times a year then can waive. I not sure because no call yet

Not premier customer, my card is HSBC Platinum Credit Card. I check their website that annual fee can be waiver need swipe at least once in a month for consecutive 12 months.

Can i ask their customer service to waive for the annual fee ? I got few months statement without any swipe, but i surely got more than 12 swipe in a year.
