Has anybody tried to enter the lounge at KLIA's satellite terminal? I have a HSBC Amanah Premier World MasterCard Credit Card - i and I heard got complimentary entry into that lounge. Does anyone know where exactly is it within the terminal building and how do you get in?

Yes. You get to use the lounge up to 6 times a year. There is a time limit of 3 hours per visit but seriously, the staffs don’t care but no sweat about the time limit. Foods are free and so are the canned drinks. You have to pay for beer should you wish to have one. It’s on the 1st floor of the satellite terminal. Can’t recall it’s near to where already though. Very crowded in the evening, by the way.

Oh thx. Do you happen to know the name of the louge as well?

Also, do supplementary cardholders get to go in as well? Coz I have a relative who is a supplementary cardholder as well and is wondering if she can enter as well?

It’s Plaza Premium Longe. This card also allows you free access to the Plaza Premium Longe at Hong Kong International Airport and Singapore Changi Airport.

Unfortunately no. No complimentary access for HSBC/HSBC Amanah Premier World MasterCard supplementary credit card holders.

Anyone tried using phone to cancel before? heard a lot of issues with cancellation through phone with this bank, without formal record.
