I received the call but they sent me an email the next day said that "Application Has Been Declined". I have not even send them any documents but they rejected. Weird....

Guys, anyone of you participated in the "HSBC Amanah RM250 Cash Back Acquisition Promotion" ?

Spend RM1500 for RM250 CB, RM1000 for RM100 CB, RM500 for RM50 CB.

I just gotten my approved Amanah card, just want to confirm whether if reloading into BigPay consider as a transaction? Because I read through the T&C, no mention of quasi cash excluded.

hsbc declined my VS application last 2 weeks, but today received calls to offer me "high ranking" card without needing to prove commitment. But i politely declined it. This is 2nd time i declined them.

You must be wondering why im doing this.

The problem is how you pay back to your hsbc?
Can use Bigpay pay back to hsbc card?

Sure bank will don't know why you want that.
Even through bank will know your reason to want that card, but bank will do their procedure whether to approve or reject to give you card.

Anyway, I prefer the previous T&C for amanah CB card. Nowadays this amanah CB card is not much attractive, some-more need to spend more to get CB.

Hi need to know quickly. I habe the amanah M power. In it, I have made Cash Installment Plan and i never2 swipe the card ever since i apply for the card.

My question is, what happen if i planned to swipe and buy thing with the card while my CIP repayment left anothet 4 months left to pay. Interest/profit wise, how and what will happen? Will it impact to my installment?

They don't sent to your email, you can only check the statement thru online banking by login to your account.

At least they didn't spam you with marketing calls, which is even more annoying.

sometimes i don't pick up, but they are persistent to call me the next day. what i did was send a message through the hsbc portal saying you wished to be removed from their advertising list (call, email, sms) with immediate effect. so far so good.

Since I left with two months of 0% cash installment (one month has been posted) and my card anniversary is next month, I have never used this card for any transaction besides paying for this monthly installment; so I called CS to check if I can clear off the remaining two months' outstanding without incurring any penalty.

He said this cash installment plan can be early terminated at any time without any penalty and will take around 3-5 working days to effect, I will receive a call from another CS once this is done. Then i can proceed with the payment and request to cancel the card as I have no intention to keep this Amanah card anymore. I will still retain the VS which is more useful for me.

I do receive calls from them from time to time but not very frequent. Also through one of their calls I was offered to add the VS card without any income proof. laugh.gif
