Hsbc card seems like only good for sign up bonus but card features in term of cash back / points quite weak.. True?

Hi all, just wondering I got amanah card through lazada already and got the rm 500 voucher, can I apply another hsbc card while still holding the amanah card and still get the rm 500 voucher after fulfill rm 2k spend on the new card ?
