Ive just got my supp card, how to know if its linked to my phone number already?, since I dont get sms for every transaction like I do with my CIMB debit card.. Cause i need to register with paypal and need to see the details..

The 3,000 points to 1,000 airmiles is indeed a good deal. But there's a catch

Since it's a limited time promotion feature, there's a promotion period in place. Even if the promotion is extended, the points accrued in the previous promotion period cannot be converted in the next promotion period. I encountered it twice, 1 Jan 2014 - 31 March 2014; and then 1 Apr 2014 - 31 Dec 2014. Now there's 10,000 points that I could not convert to airmiles using the 3:1 ratio

What's worse is, I anticipated that in December, and try to convert all my points in end December 2014, maybe 20th Dec. But the request did not go through, I tried twice. And because the system does not allow you to print a copy of the conversion request, I couldn't prove to the customer service that it took place.

My suspicion is, they purposely do this so you burn some points. Next time don't spend on this card towards the end of the year and convert the points before even December

Yah, the HSBC 3:1 Enrich conversion is not sincere. Once I call CS and was told I can only redeem 1000 EM!!!!

That's why now I don't even bother to use my HSBC even if they offer 8X points at the malls. Nowadays, I only use my HSBC at places that give me discount.

Guys, better check your online statement for duplicate charge. My Amanah Platinum have a duplicate transaction that I made last week. Called the CS and was informed there was a problem last week and customers has been calling in to report the duplicate transaction.

When contact Ringgitplus. They ask to refer to the bank as to get the. Unique code.
Any help?

Update: I got the sms confirming i won the watch!! hehe. It says ill receive a call before mid February.

I did replied their email and cc bank negara.
they compensate me either rm250 ( 1st time rm200 and i demand i want the watch) , or the htc phone at the last campaign worth rm 499.

Yet I have not see the rm 250 in my statement yet.

Wow. U better follow up. When you complied to the purchase to get the watch? As for me I got the card towards end of September and did the 1.5k transaction first or second week of October.

I want to apply this HSBC card thru RinggitPlus for a free Huawei tablet. But I just cancel HSBC card last year....I think already more than 6 mths, but less than a year.

Do I qualify for the free tablet? I check thru their terms n condition, no mention about this.

apply a different type of card which u cancelled lo....once approved you'll received the tablet i guess....
