I applied my HSBC signature through mid valley. Got the 12k cash advance, am i still eligible for the 100k sign up promo points (upon activation)?

My friend said the sales person said otherwise.. its either u get the cash advance promo or 100k points... i was told otherwise tho. can anyone verify?

I want to cancel my card too, how do you cancel it? Need to submit any form?

my wife applied HSBC amanah card for the spend rm1000 get rm500 lazada voucher
she jz received the card yesterday

so did she need to do anything to participate in the campaign or automatically participate?
plus did hsbc have any requirement/ t&c for the rm1000 spend? like not for utilities?
can i pay rm1000 for my TNB and get the rm500 lazada voucher?

If im not mistaken, there are no limit on where you should spend to entitle for the RM500. Last I heard my friend is going to swipe the card for his car installment. And viola, instant RM500 Lzd voucher.

I also just swipe over RM1000, I made a call to HSBC CS, they say 6 - 8 weeks. My friend only waited 2 weeks to get the voucher after waited 2 weeks and second call.

How does one swipe card for car installment?

Unless he can prove to you, else this is a piece of lie. You cannot pay a hire purchase installment with credit cards.
