and when they call back to confirm my particulars, i asked the CS if this is applicable for existing card member and she said yes.

I was informed by SA during my visit to Mid valley last weekend.
Look like some of their staff not well trained.
Better check the tnc myself next time rather than believe them.

sharing with you my experience. not sure apply to your case or not. the sales person told me that signature and platinum both are different branch with Amanah. thus, even you are holding the platinum card they can help you to submit under the amanah card. so you will entitle for the campaign. not sure correct, just applied last week (under 688 campaign) and pending approval.

It is the only way to cancel, not thru customer service line
