Yup! I was just slapped with 'CB on 1st come 1st served basis'.
Waiting to hear from second contest which I have participated and supposed to be paid out first week of December (12 weeks). If still tell me 'first come first served basis', I will tell them to fly kite!

I canceled my card earlier this year. When i check my statement recently, i have few hundreds CR saying service charge reversal. Wondering what this means? Also, the record is still showing in my ccris. By right it should be removed after i cancel it?
