Apply online on saturday, yesterday called me to get info. It was really weird giving info over the phone. No to mention the cs speak way too fast when reading tnc and some personal data act. I just ok everything since I wanted lazada voucher.

First year annual fee is waive, you need to spend at least 45K to get second year waiver. This card annual fee is 600 + 6%.

I had the same experience upon receipt of my new card too some time ago, and reluctantly and carefully listened to the T&Cs.
I assume this is an SOP for HSBC application.

Not forgetting that you will need to maintain the TRB (Total Relationship Balance) of at least RM 200,000 every month. Otherwise, Account Fee of RM150 will be charged monthly if TRB falls below the minimum eligibility criteria

I gave up on HSBC contest liao.
They don't seem to honor their own campaigns like other banks.

Either takes forever to pay out or with conditions that you have no way to dispute.

I didn't read the 688 T&C, but the RM300 lazada clearly stated only ONE new signup offer is eligible.
In other words, you won't get both.
