I called to HSBC yesterday. The cs told me those ewallet or bigpay belongs to "retail transaction that are not transacted online".
Haha.. i called CS also yesterday. He told me ewallet should be entitled based on the above clause.

HSBC is normally very slow in awarding campaign's reward. Moreover this one just ended on 31May.
Found this in d t&c given by u:
16. The Cash Back will be credited into the primary Eligible Cardholder’s Participating HSBC Amanah Credit
Card-i(s) account with the highest spend activities within twelve (12) to sixteen (16) weeks from the end of
the Promotion Period. Fulfilment of the Cash Back will be notified in the credit card statement that follows
after the date of the crediting of the Cash Back.
Btw, this is the same clause for the ongoing campaign spend min rm500 get 20% CB that ending 31 aug. The
highest spend activities here does it one of the hidden criteria to entitle for the CB?
The CS also seems confused about this.
