anyone got refund for their unauthorize transaction in aug? my 2 unauthorize transaction end aug still not yet get refund until today, almost 3 month already, ask to CS just informed will check but never come back to me. any idea what is the best way to check the status?

i apply on RP 09/11 ,

After walking past all the HSBC people in 1U over the weekend, finally got one told me there's some CB thingy for existing card holders, but in the form of CL increase application? Or is it the same promo all along? https://www.hsbcamanah.com.my/credit-cards/offers/cash-back/
