For HSBC, i think you need to have the mental prep that waiting time gonna be 10 minute and above lol. Got 1 time i waited for 30min still no 1 pickup the call -.-

for the RM25 cashback that need 3 swipe within 45 days, is it confirmed that online purchase is not counted? I remember i read somewhere in this thread that need physical swipe.

But CS that give the offer told me online is counted as well >_< no need physical swipe.

std chart got this practice to collect thumbprint to print the EPF but only they fail to find company contact number. My previous application with HSBC didnt require thumbprint though.

I supposed u can call and ask CS if this is valid.

definition for eligible spend in the tnc seems quite loose

The online spend category for plat card is defined in the TNC. Only specific merchant( like Lazada, Fave) will receive bonus point for Online Category.
