ermm...my card got charged rm98 from www.braingrismz.com, a website from cyprus. i did not get any tac number direct charge my card d...now trying to call their customer service and waiting more than 30min no one pick up my call yet.

tried, total waiting time more than 3 hours only someone pick up the call, while i waiting i log in web browser use the live chat function solved within 5 min.

Send them an email and most likely they will call you back on the same day
I sent them a very nasty email complaining that their customer service is almost non-existence and I will complaint to BNM if no one call me back. mad.gif
The chat service on HSBC app is also a piece of sh*t as the virtual CS is totally useless. Last time I had to wait for almost 10 minutes before a human respond to my query on their chat service
Your chance of striking a 4D winning number is greater than of their SC picking-up your call tongue.gif

But their sales agent always bombard you with offer for cash advanced, personal loan, etc
HSBC should have prioritize their CS instead of their sales instead doh.gif

I have a HSBC credit card
received unauthorised transaction sms
immediately called customer service
waited 30 minutes, no answer
called again, waited another 30 minutes, no answer too

called second day, already waited almost 30 minutes again no answer, only listening to stupid recorded message

now I dont know what to do, on one hand my card had unauthorised transaction, means fraud transaction, afraid they will try and continue till credit limit burst, but at the other hand, the bank is not able to help me.

if the service is so poor, better close the credit card department, no need to find any new customers.

i called them and only got to CS after 1 hour. the only way is to wait, unfortunately.

I do think standard chartered is worst.even CS wont even pick up ur call no matter how long or how many times u call them..chat also took days to reply

Hsbc chat at least they will reply within one day.

Last 2 months I tried to call them around 7pm+, no answer
9pm+ also no answer
Then next day morning around 9am+ call them, wait around 10 minutes only got CS answer the call doh.gif

hey you can use the chat function in their app or web portal...i guess so many of our data been compromize its due to the ipay88 data leak.

It depends too, sometimes the chat is busy and take quite a white to receive response from CS. Worse is sometimes no notification (not sure smt is wrong with my phone or the app) and I miss their reply and have to start all over!
