No idea on that. But the form we fill up for the deposit I don't think there is option to specify that. Likely cannot specify that. hmm.gif

@magika, what do you think ? smile.gif

I don't think you can do it as in m2u, it's either 1M'sia or Voluntary contribution to choose from, & from my EPF statement it's split 70-30 into A/cs 1 & 2, respectively but you can always call them at 03-89226000, Monday to Friday: 8.00 am to 6.00 pm.

Do update us of the outcome. smile.gif

Not possible.
Else everyone would choose that and take out all the money in account 2.

Your money goes in, split into 2 account and only account 2 that can be taken out for some purposes.

Hmm I wonder is there any bank offer 12 months FD promo but the interest credited on monthly basis instead of upon maturity?

EPF is not benchmark how high FD rate.

With the likelyhood of OPR won't be raised in 2015, it is unlikely promotion rate for FD will go even higher than current what being offered.

Today went to a few banks to do some FD-related stuffs & other normal banking activities.

Thought that for convenience sake, might as well take the opportunity to collect some ang pows.

Unfortunately:
1. RHB - belum ada stock sad.gif

2. Ambank - dah habis stock blink.gif

3. Maybank - besok baru distribute stock sweat.gif

Fortunately:
a) HLB - manage to collect a few packets (but the picture & paper quality not as good as previous year...my opinion only)

b) CIMB - able to collect a few packets too (but there's a picture of a sparrow...I think...printed on the ang pow, not a goat)
